They are clearly knowledgeable and experienced builders, with an excellent eye for design and detail, while being able to adapt to changes in the building design and specification.

Advice, recommendations and sample building products were provided so we could adapt our plans to our budget without compromising on the aesthetics and practicalities of the build.

A very high build quality was provided throughout by the Colmec staff and the sub-contractors and a good working relationship, with no issues was maintained throughout the c.8 month term of the building work.

They overcame the challenges of our steep shared driveway access and we had no complaints from our neighbours.
