I write to provide a reference in regard to Colmec Ltd, who’s services I employed in 2017 to construct a double storey side extension together with a new garage.

Sam Thompson and Kevin Colley provided a detailed estimate and excellent advice and from our initial meetings, with enthusiasm, knowledge and professionalism, often found lacking within this industry.

Throughout the project Kevin’s expertise far exceeded the advice and knowledge of the architect we had employed and his suggested amendments to the build, ultimately improved the final results. Their time keeping, friendliness, willing to adapt to the customer’s needs, sheer knowledge and expertise turned a process, that we had been dreading, into an exciting and satisfying build. Sam’s attention to detail and regular communications via ‘Whats App’ was a great benefit in keeping us fully updated on the next steps and what to expect. Their team of staff and sub-contractors were always respectful to our home, polite and a pleasure to work with.
