Nestled in the picturesque semi rural village of Potten End we undertook a very substantial whole house redevelopment, including the addition of an entire wing to accommodate a garage, plant room, boot room, gym and indoor swimming pool on the ground floor with an impressive master suite above featuring vaulted ceilings, a dressing room and very generous master bathroom.
An equally impressive vaulted hallway with wrap around staircase and balcony leads you through to the designer kitchen and well appointed further accommodation and living spaces all with bespoke joinery and high end finishes.
I'm absolutely blown away with the quality of the work from Sam and everyone on the Colmec team. Couldn't be happier with their professionalism. The project was handled really well from start to finish, everything explained clearly along the way, with realistic timescales - and any bumps in the road were flagged well in advance so we always knew exactly what was going on with the build process.
